  28. Insures smooth implementation of new releases of system
  29. hardware, software and vendor supplied software patches. 
  30. Includes tracking system problems and communicating with the
  31. vendor to determine the corrective steps to be taken to resolve
  32. the problem.

  34. Conducts interviews with the end users to determine
  35. project/system requirements.  Actively uses JAD sessions to
  36. determine customer needs and define requirements.  Develops
  37. project proposals outlining those requirements, technical
  38. feasibility and costs/benefits justification.

  41. develop proposed solutions and application external
  42. specifications.  This information includes flow diagrams,
